Today was my thyroid ultrasound to check what’s growing in there. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, it’s hard not to worry. Please help me stay calm by praying for me. I was put on an antidepressant to help me with depression, anxiety and my appetite. Next week I’ll go back on my hormone blocker. Please pray that my body tolerates things better. We understand your concern and we stand with you in prayer. Let's begin by remembering that we are instructed in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, and His love for you is unfailing. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 (WEB), "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you."

Regarding your health, we pray for God's healing touch upon your body. We pray specifically for the results of your thyroid ultrasound, that whatever the outcome, God will give you peace and guide your doctors in providing the best care.

We also pray for your emotional well-being. While medication can be helpful, we ultimately trust in God's power to comfort and strengthen you. As Psalm 34:17-18 (WEB) says, "The righteous cry, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Since you mentioned depression, anxiety and appetite issues, let's remember that God wants us to cast all our cares upon Him, for He cares for us. The Bible also says that the joy of the Lord is our strength. We pray for God to fill you with hope and joy.

As you prepare to go back on your hormone blocker, we pray that your body will tolerate the treatment well. We trust in God's power to heal and sustain you through this process.

Finally, we want to remind you that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'" Therefore, we pray all these things in Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up Snualpuorport. We thank You for Your loving presence in their life. We pray for peace and healing in their body and mind. Guide their doctors and bring complete healing according to Your will. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their cares upon You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
