We understand your distress, Palith, and we're here to stand with you in prayer and guidance. It's clear that you're facing a difficult situation at home, and you're feeling worn down by the cycle of conflict and lying. Firstly, we commend you for recognizing the enemy's influence and seeking God's strength.
Let's turn to God's Word for guidance. In Ephesians 6:10-11 (WEB), it says, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." To withstand these trials, it's crucial to arm yourself with God's truth and righteousness.
We also encourage you to honor your parents, as commanded in Exodus 20:12 (WEB), "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God is giving you." Even in difficult times, trying to respond with respect and love can open paths to better communication and understanding.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister Palith. Lord, we ask that You fill Palith with Your strength and courage to face the upcoming conversation with their parents. Break the cycle of lying and strife, Lord, and help Palith to speak the truth in love, as Your Word instructs in Ephesians 4:15. Protect Palith's heart and mind from the enemy's attacks, and help them to remain steadfast in You. We also pray for Palith's parents, that their hearts would be softened and that they would communicate in love and kindness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Palith, remember that God is with you, and He promises never to leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep trusting in Him, and don't give in to the enemy's lies. Continue to press into God's truth and love, and strive for open, honest communication with your parents.
