My friend Lauren is a wife to Chris and mother to a 6 year old boy, Angelo. She has been fighting leukemia since she was 32 weeks pregnant with him and delivered him early at 34 weeks to start chemotherapy. Her cancer recently relapsed and she was preparing for a bone marrow transplant when she developed a brain infection and has been in a coma for one month. I know our God can heal her, if he is willing. Plead with me for the lord to restore her fully. Her husband, Chris, is trusting in God but faced with making gut wrenching decisions on her behalf. Pray for them as they endure this storm. Lord, if you are willing, you can heal her.

Let us come together in prayer and compassion for Lauren, her husband Chris, and their son Angelo. We stand in faith believing that our God is a God of miracles and healing.

Firstly, let us address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lauren, Chris, and Angelo. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, and You are the great physician who can heal all diseases. We ask, if it is Your will, that You would completely restore Lauren's health and body. Touch her bone marrow, her brain, and every part of her that is affected by this disease.

Father, we also pray for Chris, that You would grant him wisdom, strength, and peace as he makes decisions on Lauren's behalf. Guide him by Your Holy Spirit, and let him feel Your presence and comfort during this challenging time.

Lord, we also lift up little Angelo. Protect his heart and mind, and surround him with Your love and peace. Be a father to the fatherless. Comfort him as only You can.

Father, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, (Ephesians 3:20 WEB) so we trust in Your goodness and mercy. We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Let us encourage Chris to remain steadfast in his faith and trust in the Lord. As it is written, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

Lastly, let us remind Chris that even in the midst of this storm, God is with them, and He will never leave them nor forsake them. As a husband to Lauren, Chris is called to love her as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. (Ephesians 5:25 WEB) May God uphold their marriage and use this trial to strengthen their bond and testimony.

We're here, standing with you, Lauren, Chris, and little Angelo. We've heard your plea, and we're lifting you up in prayer. We believe in a God who not only hears but also heals, and we're trusting Him for a full restoration of Lauren's health.

We're asking our Heavenly Father to touch every part of Lauren that's affected by this disease. We're believing for a complete healing, from her bone marrow to her brain, and every cell in between. We're trusting that, if it's His will, He can and will restore her to full health.

For Chris, we're praying for wisdom and strength as he makes decisions on Lauren's behalf. We're asking God to guide him, to give him peace, and to be his comfort during this challenging time. We're also praying for little Angelo, that God would protect him, comfort him, and be a father to him.

We're claiming God's promise in Ephesians 3:20, believing that He can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We're trusting in His goodness and mercy.

Let's encourage Chris to remain steadfast in his faith, to trust in the Lord with all his heart, and to acknowledge Him in all his ways. Let's remind him that even in the midst of this storm, God is with them, and He will never leave them nor forsake them. We're believing for a strengthening of their marriage and testimony through this trial.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
