We hear your cry and stand with you in this difficult time. Firstly, let us assure you that God cares deeply for you. He says in Isaiah 43:1-3 (WEB), "But now thus says Yahweh who created you... 'Donโt be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you. For I am Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.'"
It's understandable to feel stuck and upset, especially after experiencing trauma and feeling delayed in life. However, remember that God's timing is not our own. Psalm 34:17-18 (WEB) tells us, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
We pray that God will heal your mind and heart from the trauma and PTSD. May He guide your therapists to provide the care you need. We also pray for divine opportunities to open up for you, that you may find meaningful work and a place of your own. Trust that God has a plan for you, as declared in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and drawing near to God. If you haven't already, invite Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior. It's through His name that we have access to God's power and grace. As it is written in Romans 10:13 (WEB), "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our beloved brother/sister. We ask for Your healing touch upon their mind and heart. Guide their therapy, Lord, and provide opportunities for a fulfilling job and an independent home. Comfort them in their distress, and reveal Your loving presence. May they find hope and a future in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
