It is essential to earnestly seek divine intervention regarding this significant situation. My mother and aunt have been endeavoring to persuade their siblings to equitably distribute the family land inherited from my grandmother. For many years, these siblings have resisted such efforts. As time passes, they continue to exhibit a lack of maturity. Those currently residing on the land seem to believe they possess authority over it; however, their claims hold no validity until the land is fairly divided. After numerous attempts to reach a consensus, there appears to be a newfound awareness among them, largely prompted by conflicts among several sisters and another sister's adult children, who are constructing on the land without proper authorization. Ironically, the siblings who are voicing complaints are engaging in similar unauthorized construction, despite the land not being divided. Today, all siblings are required to present their birth certificates to establish their status as heirs to my grandmother's property. It is crucial to pray that each sibling submits their birth certificate to initiate the long-overdue process of land division, which should have occurred years ago. Unfortunately, many siblings have exhibited greed, immaturity, and a disregard for legal protocols. Pray that the proceedings unfold smoothly, allowing for progress this year so that each individual receives their rightful share and the land is divided equitably. I am asking this prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.
