A great deal is said about loving unlovable people in the New Testament.Jesus loved unlovable people,"Those who are well do not need a physican, but those who are sick do."BUT at the same time,we read that all liars go to the Lake of fire.Now...let's say someone asks us a question about something,,and if we're to be honest, our answer might not sound "loving" .Like if someone doesn't think, and has insomnia, and makes a habit of calling me at 3 am,waking me from a sound sleep, or worse, when I have to get up by 5 or so. Now I don't have a problem complaining where it's due, but as a question, say the person asks, "Don't you think it's wonderful that I call you every night?"{at 3 am}If I said I agree with them that it's wonderful, wouldn't I be lying, since I don't actually feel that way?If a woman I think looks ugly asks me if I think she's beautiful, and I say yes, wouldn't I be lying? Point--how do we walk the balance between love and honesty?Because lying is a sin just like being unloving is......
