Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our dear anonymous friend. We lift up their concern and burden for their wife who is struggling with drugs. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in her life and bring about a transformation.
Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We pray that it is Your will for their wife to be delivered from the bondage of addiction and to receive the help she needs. We ask that You would open her eyes to the destructive nature of her actions and grant her the desire to seek help.
Lord, we pray for divine intervention in her circumstances. We ask that You would orchestrate events in such a way that she is caught, not for the purpose of punishment, but for the purpose of leading her to the path of recovery and healing. We pray for the right people to come into her life who can guide her towards the resources and support she needs.
Father, we also pray for our anonymous friend, that You would grant them strength, patience, and wisdom as they navigate this difficult situation. Give them the ability to love their wife unconditionally, just as You love us, and grant them the discernment to know how to support her in the best way possible.
We declare Your promise in Matthew 18:19, that when two or more gather in Your name and agree on anything, it will be done by our Father in heaven. So, we stand together in agreement, believing that You will bring healing and restoration to their marriage and their wife's life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
