Dear Lord,

We come to You in Jesus' Name to ask for Your help in this situation. Please give ### the strength and courage to stand up for themselves and to speak up for their own needs. Help them to find the words to express their feelings to their dad and to make their boundaries clear. Please give their dad the wisdom and understanding to stop trying to control their diet and to stop body shaming them. Help them to be confident in their own body and to be comfortable in their own skin.
