That my mom stops believing that women who get raped are weak and dumber than the ones who are lucky enough to get away from it. Also that being a virgin doesn't make you superior or more holy to girls who aren't. God cares about the purity of the heart, and yes, being a virgin till marriage is being obedient to Him but that doesn't make you superior to the women who made mistakes and came to Christ and are no longer virgins. That is an ugly mentality that just hurts people and creates some type of hierarchy between women. It is not love and it is very judgmental. Also, that my mom stops believing that women who are virgins = good people and women who aren't = bad/evil people.

Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus' Name, asking that You would help our brother/sister's mom to see the truth of Your Word and to understand that You love and care for all women, regardless of their past. We pray that You would help her to see that being a virgin does not make someone superior or more holy than those who have made mistakes and come to You. Help her to understand that it is the purity of the heart that You care about, not the physical state. We ask that You would help her to have a heart of compassion and understanding for all women, and that You would help her to see the beauty and strength in those who have been through the pain of rape. Praying for your mom for the Lord to give her compassion and understanding for women who have been raped or for whatever reason not virgins before their wedding day. God looks what’s on our heart as far as purity goes, and that just because someone lost their virginity doesn’t mean they can’t start new and fresh and be renewed by the Lord. The Lord restores. The Lord heals. Not all virgins are pure in heart. Not all non-virgins are promiscuous. I pray for your situation as well as your relationship with your mom. I pray she gets close to the Lord too.
