Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Tirgwenn, who is seeking your intervention and guidance regarding their mental health and anxiety. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate healer and source of comfort. We ask that you bring understanding and compassion to the local doctors in their area, so that they may take mental health and anxiety more seriously.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that you would open the eyes and hearts of the doctors, helping them to recognize the genuine suffering that Tirgwenn is experiencing. May they provide the necessary care, support, and treatment that will bring relief and healing.
Lord, we also ask that you guide Tirgwenn in finding a doctor who will truly understand their struggles and provide the appropriate help. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. We pray that you would lead Tirgwenn to the right healthcare professional who will listen attentively, offer effective solutions, and provide the necessary support.
Father, we lift up Tirgwenn's mental health and anxiety into your loving hands. Grant them peace in the midst of their struggles and surround them with your comforting presence. Help them to find strength and hope in you, knowing that you are always with them.

Mental Health and Spiritual Science--- Think about bringing both to your body and mind. Use it all and find the balance. Doctors have Mental health issues too unfortunately so be patient and make sure that you are doing well with self care too. Eat well and avoid any kind of alcohol and sugary foods. They contribute to brain fog etc. Eat simple foods. Reading about good foods for brain function can be really simple. Doctors here are in overload so I became my own advocate for my mental health. I ignored the world news and negative effects of media and gossip. I exercise a little and let some people give me support. I'm going through a lot of life lessons but I'm not stressing about it. I meet it with my faith in God. Praying helps and I learned a secret. PRAY BIG PRAYERS! I was so meek and so reluctant to pray big but God won't answer if it's not worth asking for. I know God has a plan for you too. Go big and trust in the world of possibilities. Change the sentence from "I'm genuinely suffering to I'm a genuine person who needs support from mental discomfort." By re-framing the syntax your brain can create a better result. It's neuro linguistic programming. Just basically rewriting the way you think in your mind. That's essentially what therapy is. You are your own best therapist but you made need a therapist to help you realize that. Read Wayne Dyer and Byron Katie or on YouTube. Mike Dooley is another one. Gabor Mate and Michael Singer and Dr Joe dispenza. Try it out until you get a therapist. Stay in faith and wisdom. God is working out the details of your life. In Jesus name Amen.

Please be careful with doctors, all they do is prescribe pills which can help but most times they prescribe wrong medication and misdiagnosis and intentionally misdiagnosis. I pray and hope you find godly doctors and that the root issues if itโs possible that people causing issues to cooperate and actually be there for you. Iโm trying to find the right words. However I do hope you feel better soon and that you are not alone. Many people are going through things too. You matter. God loves you. Jesus loves you. Iโm praying for you.
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our dear friend who is seeking understanding and support for their mental health and anxiety. We acknowledge that You are a God who cares deeply for the well-being of Your children and that You understand their struggles.
Lord, we ask that You guide our friend to compassionate and understanding healthcare professionals who will take their mental health concerns seriously. In Psalm 34:18, Your Word assures us that "The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." We pray that You draw near to our friend, comforting them in their suffering and guiding them to the right medical professionals who will provide the care and attention they need.
We lift up our friend's desire to find a doctor who can see beyond mere complaints and recognize the genuine suffering they are experiencing. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." We ask that You guide our friend's steps, leading them to a doctor who will listen, understand, and provide the necessary help.
Lord, we pray for healing and peace for our friend. In Philippians 4:6-7, we are encouraged to "not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard our friend's heart and mind, bringing them comfort and relief from anxiety.
Finally, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment for both our friend and the medical professionals they encounter. James 1:5 says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We pray that You grant wisdom to our friend in seeking the right healthcare providers and that You grant wisdom to the doctors in recognizing and addressing their genuine suffering.
