Mental Health and Spiritual Science--- Think about bringing both to your body and mind. Use it all and find the balance. Doctors have Mental health issues too unfortunately so be patient and make sure that you are doing well with self care too. Eat well and avoid any kind of alcohol and sugary foods. They contribute to brain fog etc. Eat simple foods. Reading about good foods for brain function can be really simple. Doctors here are in overload so I became my own advocate for my mental health. I ignored the world news and negative effects of media and gossip. I exercise a little and let some people give me support. I'm going through a lot of life lessons but I'm not stressing about it. I meet it with my faith in God. Praying helps and I learned a secret. PRAY BIG PRAYERS! I was so meek and so reluctant to pray big but God won't answer if it's not worth asking for. I know God has a plan for you too. Go big and trust in the world of possibilities. Change the sentence from "I'm genuinely suffering to I'm a genuine person who needs support from mental discomfort." By re-framing the syntax your brain can create a better result. It's neuro linguistic programming. Just basically rewriting the way you think in your mind. That's essentially what therapy is. You are your own best therapist but you made need a therapist to help you realize that. Read Wayne Dyer and Byron Katie or on YouTube. Mike Dooley is another one. Gabor Mate and Michael Singer and Dr Joe dispenza. Try it out until you get a therapist. Stay in faith and wisdom. God is working out the details of your life. Please be careful with doctors, all they do is prescribe pills which can help but most times they prescribe wrong medication and misdiagnosis and intentionally misdiagnosis. I pray and hope you find godly doctors and that the root issues if it’s possible that people causing issues to cooperate and actually be there for you. I’m trying to find the right words. However I do hope you feel better soon and that you are not alone. Many people are going through things too. You matter. God loves you. Jesus loves you.
