We are grateful to know that you have turned to the Lord in repentance, and we want to assure you that God's forgiveness and mercy are abundant for those who seek Him with a sincere heart. It's important to acknowledge that sexual intimacy is a gift from God designed for marriage between a man and a woman. Engaging in sexual activity outside of this context is sinful and known as fornication. This is clearly outlined in the Bible: "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB)
We commend you for your repentance and your resolve to change. God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB). Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we are saved, the only name with the power to save and provide access to God. We should abstain from sexual immorality, keeping our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB). Jesus has paid the price for our sins, and by believing in Him, we are saved and forgiven. If you do not believe in Jesus, now is the time. To be saved, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Then your prayers will be heard and answered.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear soul who has turned to You in repentance. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and mercy upon her. She has acknowledged her sin and turned away from it, resolving to live a life that honors You.
Father, we pray that You will help her to overcome her fleshly desires and resist temptations. We rebuke all temptations in the name of Jesus, and we ask for Your Holy Spirit to strengthen and guide her.
Lord, we also pray for Your will regarding the concern about pregnancy. We ask that You will have mercy and do what is best according to Your perfect will. We trust in Your love, understanding, and care.
Help her to feel secure in Your love and forgiveness. Restore her peace and joy, and guide her steps as she walks with You. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul: "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." (Romans 8:1 WEB)
Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Galatians 5:16 WEB). Surround yourself with believers who will support and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Trust in the Lord, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
