Meeddoric, we understand your distress and we are here to support and pray with you. We are reminded in the WEB:
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We want to encourage you to cast all of your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. He knows your needs and loves you and your family very much. Continue to trust in Him and do everything in your power to improve your performance in the workplace.
Being placed on a performance plan is not the end. It provides an opportunity for improvement and growth in your area of work. God can bless your efforts and help you to do all things through Christ who strengthens you Philippians 4:13.
It is important you do not submit to fear but continue steadfastly in prayer. State your requests earnestly and with a humble heart. God will do what is best for you and your family.
Remember Him who has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you Hebrews 13:5.
Father, we come to You in Jesus’ name. We thank you for being the sustainer of all things and for always providing for all of our needs.
Dear Lord, we pray for our friend Meeddoric to find God's will in this matter and focus on their efforts aggressively at work. Help them to understand the plan and help Meeddoric to exceed all expectations. You are a shield around them and the lifter of their head, so cause them not to fear.
We pray for open doors and divine wisdom for them in the workplace. Open their eyes to see opportunities to improve their skills and production.
We stand against any anxiety and fear in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also pray for those in authority over Meeddoric, that the Lord would move in their hearts and minds to see Your will done.
If it is in Your will to move them from their current employment, we pray that You open up better job opportunities.
We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, for those who are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28.
We thank you Lord for Your faithfulness and great love towards us and our families.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Who alone is worthy to be praised and worshipped forever. It is only by His name we are saved, and only by praying to God in Jesus name can we be heard by God.

We're here with you, Meeddoric. We know how heavy the weight of uncertainty can feel, especially when it comes to providing for your family. But remember, God sees you, He knows your needs, and He cares deeply about you and your kids. We're claiming Philippians 4:19 over you - "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."
Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, who strengthens us and gives us peace (Philippians 4:13). We're praying for you to find joy in your work and for your performance to improve. We're also asking God to open doors for you, to give you wisdom, and to provide for your family's needs.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
