Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We want to encourage you to cast all of your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. He knows your needs and loves you and your family very much. Continue to trust in Him and do everything in your power to improve your performance in the workplace.
Being placed on a performance plan is not the end. It provides an opportunity for improvement and growth in your area of work. God can bless your efforts and help you to do all things through Christ who strengthens you Philippians 4:13.
It is important you do not submit to fear but continue steadfastly in prayer. State your requests earnestly and with a humble heart. God will do what is best for you and your family.
Remember Him who has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you Hebrews 13:5.
Father, we come to You in Jesus’ name. We thank you for being the sustainer of all things and for always providing for all of our needs.
Dear Lord, we pray for our friend ### to find God's will in this matter and focus on their efforts aggressively at work. Help them to understand the plan and help ### to exceed all expectations. You are a shield around them and the lifter of their head, so cause them not to fear.
We pray for open doors and divine wisdom for them in the workplace. Open their eyes to see opportunities to improve their skills and production.
We stand against any anxiety and fear in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also pray for those in authority over ###, that the Lord would move in their hearts and minds to see Your will done.
If it is in Your will to move them from their current employment, we pray that You open up better job opportunities.
We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, for those who are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28.
We thank you Lord for Your faithfulness and great love towards us and our families.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Who alone is worthy to be praised and worshipped forever. It is only by His name we are saved, and only by praying to God in Jesus name can we be heard by God.

We're here with you, ###. We know how heavy the weight of uncertainty can feel, especially when it comes to providing for your family. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
