I'm surrounded by non Christians they don't know the lord and I'm asking to be filled by the holy spirit. I also asking to that I can counterattack and the spirit counter attack the enemy.

###, we understand that you are feeling surrounded by non-Christians and are seeking the infilling of the Holy Spirit to counterattack the enemy. We commend your desire to be filled with the Spirit, as it is a biblical principle that we should be continually filled with the Spirit.
As the apostle Paul said in Ephesians 5:18 WEB Be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
Firstly, we would like to make sure you have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and can pray for the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
As it says in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
It is important to put on the full armor of God. The armor of God is not something we use to attack others, but rather it is for our defensive stance against the spiritual forces of evil. As it says in Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB
Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. The Holy Spirit that dwells in us can use us to share the good news and to display acts of kindness, and miracles to unbelievers. When you remain in Jesus, you will have the words to speak and the actions to display to the world. You will not need to worry about what to say or what to do because Jesus will be speaking and acting through you, but you need to be in Jesus.
As it says in John 15:4-5 WEB Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me. I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
We see your request to counter-attack and the spirit counter-attacking the enemy. Firstly, we must understand that the enemy is Satan and his demons. People are never the enemy. We must understand that the counter-attacking is not in retaliation or vengeance but is standing up against evil and sharing the good news. We should not wish evil upon anyone, but instead, we should pray for them and bless them.

We need to have the correct heart attitude towards unbelievers with the understanding that they are lost and do not yet have the joy of knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Here is our prayer for you.
Lord Jesus, we come to you in your name, asking that you fill ### with your Holy Spirit. We pray that you give them the words to speak and use them as a vessel for your glory. We pray that you soften the hearts of the unbelievers that ### interacts with so that they may see you and accept you as their Lord and Savior. We pray that you help ### to put on your full armor every day so that they can stand against the enemy, and after the battle, they are still standing. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
