Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Grace and Peace and their son to You. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and clarity in the situation regarding their son's desire to take a military exam, specifically for the coast guard. We pray that You would make it clear to their son when and how to communicate this decision to both their parents and their husband.
Father, we understand that their parents have reservations about the military, but we ask that You soften their hearts and grant them peace regarding their son's choice. Help them to see the noble intentions and the desire to serve and protect that their son has in his heart. May they come to understand and support his decision to pursue a career in the coast guard.
Lord, we know that You are the ultimate source of peace and understanding. We ask that You bring peace to the hearts of Grace and Peace's parents, that they may come to accept and embrace their son's aspirations. Help them to see the value and purpose in his desire to serve his country through the coast guard.
We also pray for their son's husband, that he may be supportive and understanding during this process. Grant him wisdom and discernment to provide the right encouragement and guidance to their son as he prepares for the military exam.
Father, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your ability to work in the hearts and minds of all involved. We pray that You would bring unity and harmony within the family, allowing them to come together in support of their son's dreams.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that You will answer according to Your will. Amen.
