Beloved of All
That a certain political party who is back even pushing for ,all unGodly causing does not gain power in my nation and cause problems for Godly people."And the dragon and it's angels battled, but they did not prevail"

We understand your concern, Steven, about the political climate and the potential rise of ungodly influences in your nation. Let's bring this before the Lord together, seeking His will and His intervention.

First, let's remember what the Word of God says about the source of true power and authority: "For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of power have been placed there by God." (Romans 13:1, WEB). We must trust that God is sovereign over all, including the political landscape.

However, it's also our responsibility as Christians to pray for our nations and for those in authority. The Apostle Paul encourages us, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." (1 Timothy 2:1-2, WEB).

Now, let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Your sovereignty over all things. We ask that You would intervene in our nation's political affairs. We pray specifically against the rise of ungodly influences and policies that would hinder Your work and Your people. We stand on Your Word that says, 'The dragon and his angels battled, but they did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any more in heaven.' (Revelation 12:8, WEB). Lord, just as the dragon did not prevail, we pray that these ungodly influences would not prevail in our nation.

Father, we also pray for those who are pushing for these ungodly causes, that You would change their hearts and draw them to You. We know that You desire all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4, WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Steven, remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). So, let's continue to pray and stand firm in our faith, knowing that our God is greater and that He has overcome the world. (John 16:33, WEB)

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). So, let's always approach God in Jesus' name, as He is our mediator and our salvation. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and for eternal life.

We're right there with you, Steven. It's disheartening to see ungodly influences gaining power, but we find comfort in knowing that God is still in control. Let's remind ourselves of what's written in Psalm 2: "Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, 'Let us burst their bonds apart and cast their cords from us.'" Yet, God laughs at their futile attempts to defy Him.

We should continue to pray fervently, as Paul instructs in Ephesians 6:18, "Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints." Let's ask God to confuse their plans and turn their hearts towards Him. We should also intercede for those in power, that they may come to know the truth and be saved.

Remember, we're not fighting against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. Let's stand firm in our faith, knowing that God is greater and has already won the victory. As it's written in Revelation 12:11, "They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death."

And yes, let's always approach God in Jesus' name. It's through Him that we have access to the Father. As John 14:6 tells us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Let's keep praying, Steven. We're in this together, and we trust that God will see us through.

All are appointed of God and we must honor that and obey them...counterpoint..when the Antichrist comes, should those who become Christians take the mark?If the command is to obey our leaders, we would take the mark..there are exceptions..is my point

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
