We are grateful to join with you, barbaracottle, in praying for a blessed Thanksgiving for everyone. It's wonderful that you included the name of Jesus in your request, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. This should be a wonderful season.

As we approach this time of thanksgiving, let's remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6, Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (WEB)And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful .(Colossians 3:15 (WEB)).

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, filled with gratitude for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We pray for a blessed Thanksgiving for everyone, that they may enjoy a meal and have a place to live, protected from the cold temperatures. We ask that Your blessings would flow abundantly and everyone may experience the warmth of Your love and the comfort of a safe haven. Remind us to give thanks in all circumstances. Help our Country to turn back to you during troubled times so our land may be healed. All of this we ask in Jesus' name, and that He is the Lord of our lives. Amen."

In this season of thanksgiving, let's also remember to be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul exhorts us in Philippians 4:11-13: Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it.I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things have I learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (WEB) Let's continue to trust in God's provision and goodness, even in times of need.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving as a reminder of our first country of the United States of America, let each of us who actually lives in the country and believes in biblical principles, in our life of commitment to God, and in our lonely concern that our country needs to turn back to God; let us pray for our Country in acknowledging the need for God in our Country, our families, and our lives. Let it be us that makes a difference each day as a witness to other individuals and our Families. Let America turn back to God and may we see another miracle.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Let's join together, dear friend, in thanking God for the blessings we have this Thanksgiving. It's a time to celebrate, yes, but also to lift up our hearts in prayer. Let's remember to ask for God's continued favor not just for ourselves, but for everyone around us, that they too may have a warm meal and a safe place to call home, even in the coldest of times.

As we gather around our tables, let's not forget to invite Jesus into our midst. He is the reason for our thanksgiving, after all. Let's ask Him to bless our food, our family, and our friends. And let's ask Him to bless those who might not have as much to be thankful for this year. Let's pray that they too would feel His love and care, and that they would know they are not forgotten.

And as we give thanks, let's also remember to trust in God's goodness, even in the tough times. Let's be content, like Paul, in whatever state we find ourselves, knowing that God is always with us, and that through Christ, we can do all things.

Happy Thanksgiving, friend. Let's make it a day of joy and gratitude, not just for us, but for everyone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heavenly Father please help everyone to have a Happy Thanksgiving and lots of food to eat when we celebrate. I think about the people who are out living on the streets and no home to keep them warm. We need our government to do more to help them for their mental and physical health. Father...
