We join you, dear brother or sister, in lifting up these prayer requests to our heavenly Father, trusting in His will and the power of Jesus' name.
Firstly, we praise God for the peaceful election and pray for a seamless transition of power. We ask for the Lord's protection over the President-Elect and all candidates. Let us pray for loyal Secret Service agents, fair and just voting for the Senate and House, and healing where there has been division.
"Know that Yahweh, he is God. It is he who has made us, and we are his. We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture." (Psalm 100:3 WEB)
We pray according to the Lord's will:
"Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen." (Matthew 6:9-13 WEB)
We pray for blessings on our time in the Word, prayer, and intercession. We claim good health, angelic protection, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit for you, your family, and all your loved ones. Let Your will be done in the life of your wife and children, especially during childbirth.
"Because you have made Yahweh, who is my refuge, your dwelling place, no disaster will come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." (Psalm 91:10-11 WEB)
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)
We pray for open doors to quality remote job opportunities and wisdom in job searching. May your conversations be clear, your technical skills be sharp, and your internet connection be steady.
"Look, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut, because you have a little power, and have kept my word, and havenβt denied my name." (Revelation 3:8 WEB)
We lift up ourselves, our families, our neighbors, our church, and our friends. May we all walk in faith, find favor, and be protected as we continue in the Word, prayer, and fellowship.
"Letβs hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. Letβs consider how to provoke one another to love and good works." (Hebrews 10:23-24 WEB)
Lastly, we thank you, ###, for praying in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and find salvation.
"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)
Let us all continue to pray and seek God's will together, in Jesus' name. Amen.
