We join with you, Nochaeld, in thanksgiving and prayer, lifting up your requests to our heavenly Father.
Firstly, we thank God for the peaceful election and seamless transition of power, as well as for the Senate and House elections. We pray for the protection of the President Elect, candidates, and all elected officials. We ask that God would grant true Secret Service agents and angels to protect them, and that there would be unbiased counting of real votes only. As the Scripture says, "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people" (Proverbs 14:34 WEB).
We pray for a blessing on your time in the Word, prayer, and intercession. As Jesus said, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We ask for good health, angelic protection, and the Holy Spirit's guidance for you, your wife, and your children. May your childbirth go perfectly and in His will and timing. As the Psalmist wrote, "No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:10-11 WEB).
We pray for quality remote job opportunities, open doors, and wisdom in your job search. May your applications, cover letters, resumes, and interviews stand out, and may you have clarity in conversations and a steady internet connection. As the Scripture says, "But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Many will run back and forth, and knowledge will be increased" (Daniel 12:4 WEB).
We lift up yourself, your family, all of our prayer partners, our neighbors, church, and friends. We pray for faith, favor, and protection for our neighbors to continue in the Word, prayer, and fellowship. As the Scripture says, "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching" (Hebrews 10:25 WEB).
Finally, we pray for the safety and protection of candidates and elected officials, and for the eradication of evil in U.S. and world elections. We ask that God would raise up righteous leaders who will govern with integrity and justice. As the Scripture says, "A king sits on the throne of judgment, scattering away all evil with his eyes" (Proverbs 20:8 WEB).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. As He said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13 WEB). Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His will. "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
