Nochaeld, we join you in thankful prayer for a peaceful election and a seamless transition of power. It is wonderful to see your praise to God and your reliance on His will. Let us come together in prayer and encouragement, guided by the Word of God.
Firstly, we commend you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. As it is written in John 14:13, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." It is essential to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let's pray together:
**Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, and Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen (Matthew 6:9-13).**
We also pray for your time in the Word, prayer, and intercession. May God grant you the blessing of Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
For your family's health, angelic protection, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we pray Psalm 91:10-11, "No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." And Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Concerning your job search, we pray that God would open the right doors for you as mentioned in Revelation 3:7-8, "Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut... I know your deeds. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut, because you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn't deny my name."
We also pray for your neighbors, church, and friends, that they may come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. As Acts 16:31-32 tells us, "They said, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.' They spoke the word of the Lord to him, and to all who were in his house."
Lastly, we pray for the eradication of evil in the U.S. and world elections, as Proverbs 20:8 encourages, "A king who sits on the throne of judgment scatters away all evil with his eyes." And as 1 Timothy 2:1-2 instructs, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His grace and peace be with you always.
