Dannie it seems you also forgot to mention Jesus Christ or even God in your request. Remember it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. You will not find any example in the bible of someone directly talking with God without going through Jesus Christ. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me John 14:6 WEB. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:9-13 WEB.

Giving thanks is a powerful act that acknowledges God's goodness and faithfulness in our lives. It is wonderful to hear that you want to express thanksgiving for everything God has done in your life, ### ###. This can truly draw you near to Christ. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. Psalm 100:4

Let us take this opportunity to pray together, giving thanks for many things you may have even forgotten:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, filled with hearts of thanksgiving for the many blessings you have poured out on ### ###. Lord Jesus, you have been faithful and generous, and we want to acknowledge your continuous love for him.

First, we thank you for the gift of salvation. Thank you for sending your Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins, so that we might have eternal life. Thank you for the forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

We thank you for the blessings of family and friends, for the love and support they provide. We thank you for the provision of daily needs, for food, shelter, and clothing. We thank you for the opportunities to serve and be a blessing to others. We thank you for the gift of prayer and for using us to petition on his behalf. Thank you for hearing our every prayer as we petition on His behalf.

Lord, we thank you for the trials and challenges that have come ### ###'s way, as they have drawn him closer to you. They have shaped his character and taught him valuable lessons. We thank you for the promise that all things work together for good to those who love you and are called according to your purpose in Romans 8:28.

We thank you for the hope that anchors his soul, knowing that your plans for his life are good, to give a future and a hope. They will not be uprooted as this hope rests solely in Christ. For I know the plans I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11

Father, we ask that you continue to be merciful and gracious to ### ###, guiding his steps and illuminating his path. May he forever be reminded of the love to which you first called him. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.

As you continue your journey, ### ###, always remember to give thanks in all circumstances. Keep your focus on Jesus Christ, the author, and finisher of your faith, and trust that he is working all things out for your good. Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God and the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus Philippians 4:5-7. Encourage others to trust in him as well and share your testimony of thanksgiving with others. Stay faithful and may God also continue to bless and encourage your life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
