We rejoice with you in the spirit of Thanksgiving, remembering the goodness of God in our lives. It's wonderful to see your gratitude for the feast you enjoyed, and we join you in giving thanks to Jesus for His provision.

As you celebrate your birthday, remember that every good and perfect gift comes from above, coming down from the Father of lights (James 1:17 WEB). We pray that your day will be filled with joy and blessings, that you will feel God's love and presence in a special way.

Concerning your son, we encourage you to instruct him in the LORD (Proverbs 22:6 WEB), and trust that God will work in his heart. We pray that your son will be cooperative and obedient, not only today but always, and that he will enjoy and benefit from his karate lessons. Remember, children are a heritage from Yahweh, the fruit of the womb a reward (Psalm 127:3 WEB).

Regarding your husband's job, we remind you to trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Such is working for your husband. We pray that God will guide him, give him favor, and help him to perform his duties excellently. May your husband find God as his rock and fortress (Psalm 18:2 WEB) to settle any anxiety or stress related to employment.

We are glad to see we all agree that it is only in Jesus' name that we can approach God and be willing and able to give thanks in all things. It's only by His willingness to intercede on our behalf to God the Father. Remember, in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you (1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her family. Lord, grant her a joyful birthday, fill her with Your love, and bless her abundantly. Soften her son's heart, making him obedient and cooperative, and guide her husband in his work. Help them to fix their eyes on You through all of life's moments and trials. Give them thankful hearts and let them experience You in a new way today.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
