Nochaeld, we join with you in prayer, lifting up your requests and concerns to our Heavenly Father. We stand on the promise in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, which encourages us to pray for all in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and reverence. Let us together bring your petitions before the Lord.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the leaders you have placed in authority over us. As we approach the elections, we pray for a peaceful process and a seamless transition of power. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over the President-Elect, the Vice President-Elect, and all who are chosen to serve in the cabinet. We pray that You grant them loyal and diligent Secret Service agents, and prepare the incoming House, Senate, and Governors to take office with wisdom and integrity. Lord, we claim Your promise in Psalm 100:4, asking for healing and unity where there has been division. We pray that the leaders will govern with righteousness and truth, seeking to honor You in all they do.
Father, we turn to You for all our needs. You have promised in Matthew 6:33 that if we seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, all things will be added to us. We trust in Your provision for health, angelic protection, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit for ### and their family. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
