We come before You, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their heartfelt prayer requests. We echo their gratitude for the leadership and authorities that allow us to live peaceful and godly lives, as per 1 Timothy 2:1-2.
We pray for a smooth transition of power, for the protection of the President Elect ###, the Vice President, and all Cabinet members. In Psalms 91:10-11, You promise angelic protection, and we claim this promise for the loyal Secret Service agents and all those in authority. We ask that You guide and prepare the new House, Senate, and Governors for their offices, and grant our nation healing and the ability to respect each other, maintaining free speech and open dialogue. We pray for Godly wisdom in the selection of Supreme Court justices and for Godly leadership to be established as a government should be God's instrument of order and righteousness, according to Romans 13:1-4 and Psalms 100:4.

All of these requests are in accordance with one more or more of Your inerrant and eternal scriptures. We offer prayers with the Gospel in understanding that You will provide peace, fearlessness, guidance, sustenance, and all else as we walk as Your Disciples to Matthew 5, adding to the Christ-founded Church.
Father, we pray in the righteous name of Jesus Christ. However, the majority of these requests are for ### and not for us together in Jesus' name as Christ's Church and Disciples seeking to be more like Him to do Your will. Father, when reading this prayer and petition list, we did not notice the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or an abbreviation such as in the end of several Scottish prayers, IJN, for In Jesus Name. We know it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to You, God, plus there is no other name by which we can be saved as per Acts 4:12 to this point in our relationship with You. Use us to make this plain to ### as necessary and on an ongoing basis in our sanctification and progressive seeking of Your will. While these verses are very positive and empowering, it's important also to meditate on the scriptures that mention Your wrath and the consequence of our own will instead of Yours in Galatians 1:3 and elsewhere.
Help ### and all of Your believers face each adversity and joy in their lives and each decision with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. So that we can be in better community in our relationships with each other and with You we embrace exclamation of our life as Yours in praise and prayer to You. For all that we share with You now and for all that is in their heart not shared we give to You, in Jesus name we pray together with ###. Only by Your Son and Holy Spirit can we come to You our eternal life and means to be Your disciple acting as a part of Your Church, as when two or three are gathered in Christ's name there are You also as per Matthew 18:20.
