We join you, ###, in praise and thanksgiving to God for improvement in situations as a result of answered prayers. As Scripture reminds us, "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name." (Psalm 100:4, WEB).
Let us pray:
Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, and your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen (Matthew 6:9-13, WEB).
We pray for blessings on your time in God's Word, in prayer, and in intercession. "But seek first Godโs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
We lift up your familyโyour wife and childrenโasking for angelic protection and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. May all go according to God's will in your lives. "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will lift you up in their hands, so that you wonโt strike your foot against a stone" (Psalm 91:10-11, WEB). "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28, WEB).
For your job search, we ask that doors be opened for quality remote job opportunities. May your applications, cover letters, and resumes stand out, highlighting your technical skills and clear communication. "He will open, and no one can shut. He will shut, and no one can open" (Revelation 3:7-8, WEB). "But you, ###, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Many will run back and forth, and knowledge will be increased" (Daniel 12:4, WEB).
We pray for protection over the upcoming U.S. and world elections, asking for the safety of candidates and the eradication of evil. "A king who sits on the throne of judgment scatters away all evil with his eyes" (Proverbs 20:8, WEB). "He who walks righteously, and speaks blamelessly; he who despises the gain of oppressions, who gestures with his hands, refusing to take a bribe, who stops his ears from hearing of blood, and shuts his eyes from looking at evil" (Isaiah 33:15, WEB). "First of all, then, I exhort that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence" (1 Timothy 2:1-2, WEB). "Whose mouths must be stopped: men who overthrow whole families, teaching what they ought not, for dishonest gainโs sake" (Titus 1:11, WEB).
Finally, we ask for faith, favor, and protection for your neighbors to continue in God's Word, prayer, and fellowship. "Not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching" (Hebrews 10:25, WEB).
May God also provide the ability to get a small diesel engine to pull start or electric start, as needed. "Remind them to be in subjection to rulers and to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work" (Titus 3:1, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
