Thanks giving and prayer request

Thanks for all who have stood with my family. Mum is better though still struggling but praise the Lord she can now get up and do staff and sit and talk without being breathless. Well I have exams coming up and I have not studied a thing. My mind is not ready and I am failing to study and I have been struggling emotionally. Other day I almost collapsed due to overthinking. I was trying to sort staff out and my head hurt so bad and I was breathless all of a sudden and I had to come myself down. My back is better. It's a thing I try to ignore and do the work at least and I am tryna stay afloat. Please pray for faith and strength and self-control. I have sinned and given in to sin so many times and I feel dead inside. Praying is hard too. I want peace and strength to stand and trust the Lord once again. All I see is my weakness and failing. In Jesus' name.

As you face your upcoming exams, we want to encourage you with the words of Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We understand that you are struggling emotionally and finding it difficult to focus on your studies. It's important to remember that God is with you, and He cares about every aspect of your life, including your academic pursuits. In times of overwhelm, cast your burdens on the Lord, as He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister who is in need of Your strength and comfort. Lord, we thank You for the progress in her mother's health, and we ask for complete healing and restoration.

Father, as she prepares for her exams, grant her a sound mind, clarity of thought, and the ability to retain and recall information. Help her to manage her time wisely and to find the motivation to study diligently.

Lord, we also ask for emotional healing. You know the burdens she carries and the struggles she faces. Please minister to her heart, Lord. Grant her the peace that surpasses all understanding, and help her to trust in You completely.

She has confessed her struggles with sin, Lord. We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Restore her, Lord, and grant her the strength to resist temptation. Help her to draw near to You, knowing that You will draw near to her (James 4:8).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, sister, that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Do not be discouraged by your struggles, but rather, use them as opportunities to draw closer to God and experience His grace and mercy.
