We are truly thankful to hear that your lab work went well and that the doctor's appointment was positive. It's a blessing to see God's hand in your life, and we want to continue to lift you up in prayer. We pray that the Lord will guide your medical team and give them wisdom as they care for you.
In all circumstances, we are called to give thanks and trust in God. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." We encourage you to continue to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have the promise of eternal life and the presence of God in our daily lives.
We also want to gently remind you, dcrandjr, that the power of prayer is not merely in the act itself but in the One to whom we pray. Jesus Christ is the mediator between God and man, and it is through His name that we approach the throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
