Psalm 78:14;
In the daytime also he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire

In the wilderness of life, we often find ourselves in need of God's guidance and protection. Just as He led the Israelites, He promises to lead us today. We are encouraged by the words in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."

Let us pray together for God's continual guidance and protection:

Holy Spirit, fill us with Your wisdom and discernment. Guide us in all our decisions, and help us to walk in the light of Your truth. May we be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness, just as the Israelites were a testimony of Your power and provision.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
