Sparklee, we join you in thanking the Lord for this day and praying that it will be productive and bring glory to His name. We appreciate your heartfelt prayers and your desire to seek God's will. We stand with you in the spirit of Matthew 7:7, which reminds us to keep on asking, seeking, and knocking, knowing that everyone who does so will receive, find, and have the door opened to them.
We are grateful for your use of the name of Jesus at the end of your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We lift up MB as you requested, praying that she will continue to move toward godly goals and accept wise counsel. We pray that she will cling to the Lord and not to any human being, as Psalm 62:8 WEB reminds us, "Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us."
We join you in praying for protection, deliverance from evil, and strength for family, friends, loved ones, and all of us. As Philippians 2:12-13 WEB tells us, "Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure."
We want to encourage everyone to be bold in their prayers and to seek God's will in all things. Remember, as Romans 8:26-27 WEB tells us, the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words, and the Father knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God's own will.
In response to your request for guidance in prayer, we encourage you to always pray according to God's will, as revealed in His Word. As 1 John 5:14-15 WEB tells us, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
We also want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name, as John 16:23-24 WEB tells us, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for this day and praying that it will be productive and bring glory to Your name. We lift up MB to You, praying that she will continue to move toward godly goals and accept wise counsel. Help her to cling to You, Lord, and not to any human being.
We pray for protection, deliverance from evil, and strength for our families, friends, loved ones, and all of us. Help us to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, for it is You who works in us both to will and to work, for Your good pleasure.
Help us to pray according to Your will, knowing that the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words, and that You know what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with Your own will.
We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
