Thank you God for my job, I hope I pass probation. Please help me pass my probation and give me confidence to do the job. Help me with my neighbor(renters) situation. They are not good people. I pray you give their landlord the strength and heart to deal with his own renters. For some reason this landlord does not want to meet us to discuss the issues. He does not know us at all but he makes judgement of us. God, Jesus help end and solve this situation. This has been going on for over six months. Help everyone on this website. Amen.

We stand with you, ###, in your concerns about your job and your neighbor situation. Let's bring these matters before the Lord together.

Firstly, we are thankful for your job and we pray that you will excel in your duties. As the scripture says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23 WEB). May God grant you the confidence and skill to pass your probation period.

Regarding your neighbor situation, we understand your concern about the renters and the landlord. God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31 WEB), but this does not mean we should tolerate wrongdoing. We pray for wisdom and courage for you and the landlord to address these issues biblically. "Learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow" (Isaiah 1:17 WEB). We pray that the landlord will have the strength and heart to manage his renters justly and that your concerns will be heard and addressed.

We also want to address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. You ended your prayer with "Amen," but we must acknowledge that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). In the future, be sure to present your requests to God in Jesus' name, as it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for ###'s job and ask that You would help them excel in their duties and pass their probation. Lord, we also bring before You the difficult situation with their neighbors. Grant the landlord the strength and courage to address the issues justly, and help ### to love their neighbors while seeking a peaceful resolution. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's guidance in all matters. Stand firm in your faith, and trust that God will bring resolution to these concerns.
