Thankful lifting up needs
Sparklee, we join you in lifting up your needs and praises to our Heavenly Father. You've beautifully echoed the words of the Psalmist, "But I will give repeated thanks to the Lord, praising him to everyone. For he stands beside the needy, ready to save them from those who condemn them." (Psalm 109:30-31 WEB)
We stand with you in thanking God for His unfailing presence and protection. We pray for all those you've mentioned—NH, CM, MB, NP, EE—that God would indeed protect, give favor, and keep them safe. We pray for family unity to be rebuilt and for them to find their niche in the work world.
We lift up JM, asking God to heal his heart palpitations and deliver him from depression. We pray that he would find the strength to eat healthy and exercise, and that his spiritual gifting would be revealed and strengthened. Remind him, Sparklee, that his body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB), and that God desires for him to prosper in all things and be in health, just as his soul prospers (3 John 1:2 WEB).
We also lift up your daughter, asking that God would close the doors that lead to harm in her life and open doors for good opportunities and kind Christian connections. We pray that God would deliver her, and all of us, from all evil and surround us with His hedge of protection (Psalm 91 WEB).
