We join you, JesusourLordandSavior, in lifting up your prayers to our Heavenly Father. We are thankful for this new day and the blessings it brings. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's will for your life and those around you.
Firstly, let's pray for your loved ones, S and K. "We ask you, Lord, to keep S safe on the road and K safe in her coming and going. Guide their steps and help them to make wise decisions that will honor you. Lead them to a good Christian life, that they may walk in your ways and serve you wholeheartedly. Remember, 'Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it' (Proverbs 22:6 WEB)."
We also bring before you the need for additional work income, so that you can catch up with expenses. "Lord, we ask that you provide for JesusourLordandSavior, according to your riches in glory. May you supply all their needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB)."
We intercede for the homeless and the poor in your city, asking God to meet their needs and show them his love. "Lord, we pray that you will defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked (Psalm 82:3-4 WEB)."
We lift up your health needs to the Lord, asking for his healing and comfort. "Father, we ask that you touch JesusourLordandSavior's body, heal them of their afflictions, and grant them your peace. Remember, 'By his wounds, we are healed' (Isaiah 53:5 WEB)."
We also stand with you in praying for deliverance from attacks and ask for God's forgiveness. "Lord, we pray that you deliver JesusourLordandSavior from every evil work and preserve them for your heavenly kingdom. To you be the glory forever and ever. Amen (2 Timothy 4:18 WEB)." "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB)."
We're glad that you acknowledge the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in his name that we have access to the Father. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to walk in righteousness, turning away from any sin that may entangle you. Remember, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)."
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up these requests. We ask for your protection, provision, healing, and deliverance. Forgive our sins and help us to live a life that pleases you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
