Liorursin, thank you for reaching out with your prayer request. We appreciate your gratitude and humility before God. It's wonderful that you're acknowledging God's goodness and seeking forgiveness. We'd like to start with your request for forgiveness and pray together.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God forgives us, our sins and cleanses us when we confess Jesus as Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised him from the dead. In Romans 10:9-10 (WEB) it is written, that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
Let's confess our sins together and if you haven't yet prayed to Jesus Christ for salvation and really meant it, please do so now.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to confess our sins.
And we must explicitly say that it is only in Jesus that we can be saved and have access to God the Father. In Acts 4:12 (WEB) it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Please forgive us Liorursin's sins and our own sins. Wash us clean from our iniquities. We turn away from our wickedness and desire to live in righteousness before you. Thank you for your mercy and for watching over us. We love you, Lord. Help us to obey your commandments and live lives pleasing to you as we court others, look for spouses and go through life.
