We are truly sorry to hear about the worsening of your psoriasis, Anne11, but we are thankful that you have maintained your faith and trust in Jesus through it all, praying for Jesus to heal you in this situation. It is right that you come to Him, as the Bible tells us that we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need in Jesus name (Hebrews 4:15-16 WEB).
In these times remember Jehovah Rapha "I am the LORD who heals" (Exodus 15:26) . . He will be with you through this. We can claim no shame from these spots as we are being conformed into His image at these times knowing He was beaten and crucified for our transgressions not for his own. Lean in toward God and listen to Jesus as he told his disciples "Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?' 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." Matthew 6 31-34 Seek Jesus, seek His face, and seek His will and . Be thankful for what is already done for you and what He will do for you. Prayer is not a more or less percentage formula or more or less faith than someone else. We are entrusted to pray in Jesus words
"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."
(Matthew 6.9-13, King James Version)
Let us pray together for your healing, Anne11.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister Anne11. We thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We ask for Your healing touch upon Anne11, that You would heal her psoriasis and restore her skin. Help her to see herself as You see her, beautifully and wonderfully made. (Psalms 139:14) Give her strength and courage to endure this trial, and help her to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. We also thank you that Anne acknowledges her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who paid the penalty for her sins and ours. as she does not blame You for anything but asks in Jesus' name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Anne11, that even in this trial, God is with you and loves you deeply. Trust in Him, and let His peace rule in your heart. As you have trusted in Jesus and prays in his name, know with certainty He hears you and His answer will be forthcoming in His perfect timing. As you have read the healing scripture in Isaiah: 53
" Who has believed our message?
To whom has the Lord's power been revealed?"
He grew up before him like a young plant
and like a root out of dry ground.
He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him,
nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.
He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
he was despised, and we held him in low esteem.
Surely he took up our pain
and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
stricken by him, and afflicted.
But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to our own way;
and the Lord has laid on him
the iniquity of us all.
He was oppressed and afflicted,
yet he did not open his mouth;
he was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
and as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
so he did not open his mouth.
By oppression[a] and judgment he was taken away.
Yet who of his generation protested?
For he was cut off from the land of the living;
for the transgression of my people he was punished.
He was assigned a grave with the wicked,
and with the rich in his death,
though he had done no violence,
nor was any deceit in his mouth.
Yet it was the Lord's will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the Lord makes[c] his life an offering for sin,
he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.
After he has suffered,
he will see the light of life[d] and be satisfied[e];
by his knowledge[f] my righteous servant will justify many,
and he will bear their iniquities.
Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,[g]
and he will divide the spoils with the strong,[h]
because he poured out his life unto death,
and was numbered with the transgressors.
For he bore the sin of many,
and made intercession for the transgressors.
