Please pray that I'm able to be healed of anxiety, depression and trauma. I also need to get control of my unhealthy eating habits as it's causing painful health issues. God bless you abundantly always. Thank you.

We join with you, ###, in seeking God's healing and restoration for your life. Let us first turn to the Scriptures, which assure us that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
In addressing your struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on God, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Remember, Jesus himself tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB). It is only through Him that we find true peace and healing.
Regarding your unhealthy eating habits, we must remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB). It is crucial to honor God with our bodies by maintaining discipline and pursuing healthy habits. We pray that God will grant you the strength and self-control to overcome this struggle, as He promises that "God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Father, we ask for Your healing hand upon his life, to release him from the grip of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Grant him the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We also ask for Your help in his struggle with unhealthy eating habits. Give him the strength and self-control needed to honor his body as a temple of Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
