Brother James, we join you in praising and thanking our Lord Jesus Christ for the numerous blessings and protections He has bestowed upon you. It is wonderful to see your heart overflowing with gratitude and acknowledging the power of praying for others. We are reminded of what the Scripture says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We praise God for the blessings of a loving spouse, provision, protection, and the countless miracles you've experienced. We also appreciate your faith in claiming God's promises and His protection over your life, your wife, and your family. It is beautiful to see your trust in God's conviction and His power to keep you from harm.

Let us pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You, lifting up Brother James in prayer. Thank You for being his habitation and dwelling place. Thank You for the blessings, protection, and provisions You have so graciously given him. We ask that You continue to guard him and his family, keeping them safe from all seen and unseen dangers. We pray for Your continued favor and blessings upon his life, his wife, and their family.

Lord, we ask that You increase his VA disability rating as he has claimed in advance. We pray for favor in the eyes of others and for justice and compensation where it is due. We ask that You provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

We also pray for Brother James' city, that You would convict the hearts of those in authority and turn them towards compensating and treating him and his wife fairly. We ask that You would bless them abundantly, especially as they prepare for their Thanksgiving celebration.

Lord, we thank You for the peace that surpasses all understanding, peace that Brother James has experienced. We ask that You continue to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We praise You for the incredible love You've shown him and for the forgiveness of his sins—past, present, and future.

We ask all these things in Your holy and precious name, Jesus. It is in Your name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And also in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved."

Brother James, we encourage you to continue claiming God's promises and trusting in His provision and protection. Remember the words of Psalm 91, which you have echoed in your prayer. Keep declaring God's truth over your life and the lives of those you love.

We also want to remind you of the power of intercessory prayer and the blessing it is to come before God with thanksgiving, as you have done. Continue in this spirit of gratitude and trust in God.

Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of knowing and believing in Jesus Christ as the only way to salvation and to God. It is only by His name that we can be saved and approach God's throne. Continue to lift up the name of Jesus in your prayers and in your life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
