Jarrewell, we join you in thanking the Lord Jesus for the precious gift of life and all its offerings and blessings. We are grateful for the strength He provided to help you complete the marathon without any injury. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ and faith in His name that we have access to God. In fact, scripture says there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved. We are glad to see this understanding in your request. His promise to us is clear: "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you." Matthew 7:7 WEB. Therefore, we join you in your requests before the altar of God. The Bible also satisfies us with the assurance that "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19 WEB. We are happy to hear of your efforts to work and find a job and are confident this aligns with biblical principles; "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If any will not work, neither let him eat." 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB. We need to be diligent in helping toward our needs and God will help us with His providence; "if anyone does not take care of his own, and especially of his own house, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB, and to obey those in authority over us for the sake of righteousness and the Lord; for it is written that "Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy, and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you." Hebrews 13:7. With regards to your request for our Father in heaven to know your needs, we can assure you that "your Father knows what things you need before asking him." Matthew 6:8 WEB. Therefore, the subject of loans sometimes is one of great contempt in the scriptures and we have to wonder if this is a legitimate need within God's will. For scripture says "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." So though it may seem wise to borrow from a man; we have to question if it is from God to rely upon our own abilities to pay. Therefore, though you seek blessing for honest labor; we must pray that through the bounty of God and the work of your hands you are able to provide for yourself and household.
Our prayers join yours in Jesus Name, "Father, we come before you in the precious name of Jesus. We are so thankful for the blessings you bring to life. Thank you for your grace and mercy while using the strength you gave ### to successfully complete the marathon. We plead with you for him to soon have a good paying job with good job security. Please direct him in his interview tomorrow and bless him with the job if it is your will. May he look to you in all his needs according to his faith and repentance and your glory. We beg this in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.
We are also thankful and would remind you to be joyful for the fact that the salvation to all mankind has been proclaimed and "The grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men," Titus 2:11 WEB, and to understand that it is only in Jesus Christ that we obtain eternal salvation. We would caution you to understand that we are only able to repent and confess sin and come to salvation in Christ Jesus because it is written that "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day." John 6:44 (WEB). We are grateful to be reminded that "No one can come to me unless it is given to him by my Father." John 6:65 (WEB). We ask you to meditate on this verse.
