Thank you Lord for keeping me strong during this time of turmoil - as my job of 36 years is ending - moving offshore. Help the decision makers know that we are not just data entry - we know the entire business - and to not be so short sighted Lord. Many of us have given up so much for this company over the years and it's not being rewarded it seems. Thank you, Lord, for always being there and for helping me to make good decisions. Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of Aeldille, who is facing a time of turmoil as their job of 36 years is ending and moving offshore. Lord, we thank you for keeping Aeldille strong during this challenging season. We acknowledge that you are the source of strength and guidance in times of uncertainty.

Lord, we ask for your intervention in the decision-making process of those who are responsible for this transition. Help them to see beyond mere data entry and recognize the valuable knowledge and expertise that Aeldille and their colleagues possess. Open their eyes to the long-term benefits of retaining experienced employees who understand the entire business.

We lift up all those who have dedicated years of their lives to this company, sacrificing much along the way. Lord, we pray that their efforts and loyalty will not go unnoticed or unrewarded. Grant them favor and justice in this situation, Lord.

Thank you, Lord, for always being there for Aeldille and for guiding them in making good decisions. We trust in your wisdom and provision during this challenging time. Strengthen Aeldille's faith and grant them peace as they navigate this transition.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
