We join with you, hopingfortomorrow, in thanking the Lord for your first interview and His guidance throughout the process. It's wonderful to see your faith in Jesus, as it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
Now, as you face uncertainty about the second interview, remember what the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Instead of being anxious, turn your concerns into prayers, knowing that God hears you and cares for you.
However, we must also remember that God's will is sovereign, and His plans are always good (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Whether or not you get this job, trust that He has the best outcome for you. His purpose might be different from yours, but His love and care for you remain constant.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up hopingfortomorrow. Thank You for guiding them through the first interview. We ask that Your will be done concerning the second interview. If it is Your plan for them to have this job, we pray that the doors will open, and that You will equip them with the abilities needed to exceed expectations. If not, we trust that You have better plans in store.
Please fill hopingfortomorrow with Your peace, knowing that their future is secure in Your hands. Help them to trust in You and to walk in Your path. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, hopingfortomorrow. Walk with Him, pray to Him, and align your will with His. He is faithful, and His love for you is everlasting.
