Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your abundant blessings, protection, and guidance. Your Word tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 to "give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." We thank You, Lord, for all You have done and continue to do in our lives.
Today, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine intervention in his upcoming promotion. We pray, Lord, that You grant him favor in the eyes of the Selection Board. Your Word in Proverbs 21:1 reminds us that "The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He will." We trust that You can turn the hearts of the board members to favor ###.
Lord, we also ask that You bless ### with wisdom and clarity as he prepares for his exam and interview. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that ### will answer all questions with confidence and precision, guided by Your Holy Spirit.
We commit this request into Your hands, trusting in Your perfect timing and sovereign will. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
