Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, thanking you for all that you are doing in our lives. We acknowledge your presence and your guidance in every step we take.
Lord, we humbly ask for deliverance from evil. We recognize that the enemy seeks to draw us into his snares and lead us astray. We pray for your protection and strength to resist the temptations and schemes of the evil one. Your Word reminds us in 1 Chronicles 4:10 to pray, "Keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me." We ask for your grace to keep us from the grip of evil and to guard our hearts and minds.
Father, we also seek your wisdom in the situation we are facing. We know that in our own human strength, we cannot navigate life's challenges. We need your guidance and discernment to make the right decisions. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We ask for your wisdom to be poured out upon us, that we may walk in your ways and make choices that align with your will.
Lord, we come before you with repentant hearts, acknowledging our sins and shortcomings. We ask for your forgiveness and cleansing. Your Word assures us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray for your mercy and grace to wash over us, purifying our hearts and renewing our spirits.
Father, we also ask for healing from any unforgiveness in our hearts. We recognize that harboring unforgiveness can hinder our relationship with you and others. We surrender any bitterness or resentment to you, asking for your healing touch to restore our hearts and enable us to forgive as you have forgiven us.
Lastly, Lord, we seek your peace and rest. We ask for protection from any attacks of the enemy, whether they be in the form of evil sounds or disturbances. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." We pray for your peace to surround us, allowing us to find rest in your presence and to experience the freedom that comes from knowing you.
We love you, Lord Jesus, and we trust in your faithfulness. In your precious name, we pray. Amen.
