We join with you, ###, in lifting up your daughter and your daughter-in-law's mother before the throne of grace. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the daughter of our brother/sister in Christ. We ask that You would grant her the strength, energy, and hope that she needs at this time. Lord, we know that You are a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1), so we ask that You would make Your presence known to her in a tangible way.
Lord Jesus, we also bring before You the mother of our brother/sister's daughter-in-law who is sick. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, that she would be healed from all her sickness. We stand on Your Word in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), which says, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."
Father God, we thank You that You are faithful and that You hear our prayers. We ask all these things in the name of Your precious Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Trust that He is working in the lives of your loved ones, even when you cannot see it. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that He is a good and faithful God.
