Thank you God and for all of your prayers. I am so grateful to God. I have frequently been asking on here for the last 22 days for prayers for my 81 year old father Paul who has been in the hospital for 22 days now. Today he finally passed his speech therapy swallow test since being off of the ventilator and my father is finally able to eat again starting slow with thick liquids and puddings etc. His doctor declared it was not a seizure he had and cat scan came back with no brain tumor. Thank you God and all who have prayed for us. The last 2 days are the best I have seen my dad. Please pray he continues to regain more strength. Please pray he will do as well as he can at physical therapy now so he may learn to walk again. It has been difficult for him. Please pray his influenza and cough begins to subside and he continues to keep doing well. Please pray my father does not choke on anything as that is what landed him on the ventilator. Please pray he stays stable and his delirium continues to stay away. His delirium was alot better today. We really had some great conversations. Thank you God. Please continue to pray for Paul.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the progress Paul has made. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the improvements in his health. We are so grateful that he has passed his speech therapy swallow test and is now able to eat again. We praise You for the good news from the CAT scan and for the absence of a brain tumor.

Lord, we lift Paul up to You and ask for continued strength and healing. Please help him to regain more strength each day and to do well in his physical therapy so that he may learn to walk again. We pray for his influenza and cough to subside and for his overall health to improve.

Father, we ask for Your protection over Paul, that he does not choke on anything and that he remains stable. We also pray that his delirium stays away and that he continues to have clear and meaningful conversations with his loved ones.

Thank You, God, for the progress Paul has made and for the support of all who have prayed for him. We trust in Your healing power and continue to lift Paul up to You in Jesus' name.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
