Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Reborn12345 and her prayer request. We thank you for the safe arrival of Jessie, and we pray that you surround her with the right people who will support and encourage her in her journey.
Lord, we ask for your guidance and strength as Reborn12345 prepares for a fast in April. Grant her the discipline and determination to seek you wholeheartedly during this time of spiritual renewal. May she experience a deepening of her relationship with you and receive clarity and direction for her life.
Father, we also lift up Reborn12345's desire to increase strength in lifting weights and improve cardio. We ask that you grant her the physical strength and endurance she needs to achieve her goals. Help her to make wise choices in her diet, choosing health foods that nourish her body and provide the energy she needs. We pray for wisdom in selecting the right supplements, if necessary, that will support her overall well-being.
