This principle applies to forming new relationships as well.

We also want to encourage you to maintain purity in your relationship. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 (WEB) says, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust..." We pray that God helps you both to honor Him and each other in this way.
