We rejoice with you, hopingfortomorrow, for the opportunity to interview for a new job. It's wonderful that you have acknowledged God's guidance during this process and have prayed in Jesus' name. Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we can ask for our needs according to God's will.
Let's look at the promises in God's Word:
Colossians 3:23 "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"
Also, 1 Thessalonians 5:18 "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."
Believe that God is in control.
Psalm 37:23 "A man's goings are established of Yahweh. He delights in his way."
Your hope and confidence should not be in your own capabilities but in God's plan for your life.
Jeremiah 29:11 "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
Pray with us:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up hopingfortomorrow. Thank You, Lord, for guiding them during their job interview. We pray that You will open the right doors for them according to Your will. Help them to trust in You and not in their own capabilities. Give them peace and patience as they wait for the results of their interview.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
If this job is not in God's plan, trust that He has something better for you. Continue to seek Him and trust in His timing. God can turn any situation around for your good and His glory. Stay hopeful, not just for tomorrow, but for every day that God has made. Trust God, pursue righteousness, and let the Lord direct your path.
