Thank you for all your prayers. Party is depositing one lakh today. But broker is simply delaying. ( My previous prayer request - Relating to purchase of plot. Thank you for all your prayers. Party has informed that he will give me one lakh back on 1st July. He is trust worthy. Broker told he will give next week but he is the one cannot be trusted, he delays and after rigorous follow-up and frequent calling him only he returns. Please keep in prayers until all the amount is recieved.)

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness and provision. Thank You for the progress made in the purchase of the plot and for the party who has committed to depositing one lakh today. We trust in Your timing and Your plans for us.

Lord, we lift up the situation with the broker who has been causing delays. We ask for Your intervention to ensure that all the promised amounts are received without further hindrance. Grant us patience and perseverance as we navigate this process, and help us to trust in Your word, which assures us that You will provide for all our needs .

We pray for wisdom and discernment in dealing with the broker and for Your peace to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus . May Your will be done in this situation, and may we continue to give You all the glory and praise.

Thank you for your prayers.
It is not that there was any progress made in the purchase of the plot and for the party who has committed to depositing one lakh today. But as I was planning to purchase plot, I fell into wrong hands and I had already given 2 lakhs, 1 lakh to the party who is selling the land and the other one lakh to the broker for registration. But after verification, the legal advisor advised me to drop the proposal as the land is not pucca with all documents. Here the culprit is the broker who hided the reality even though knowing things. Hence I asked the party and broker to return the amount. Party has returned but broker is not lifting my calls. Actually I am far away 220kms, my colleague( Kumarswamy) in shimoga introduced this broker. I am also trying to get back my money through this my colleague. Please pray.
