Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### and his prayer request for ### in ###. We thank you for all the prayers that have been offered on ###'s behalf, and we rejoice in the fact that prayer truly works. We are grateful that ### is back home now, but we recognize that he is still working through mild delirium.

Lord, we ask that you would bring healing and restoration to ###'s mind and body. We pray that you would calm his spirit and bring peace to his heart. We ask that you would remove any confusion or disorientation caused by the delirium, and replace it with clarity and soundness of mind.

Father, we specifically lift up the request for ### to be able to go without a catheter. We know that you are the ultimate healer, and we trust in your power to bring complete healing to ###'s body. We ask that you would restore his urinary system to full functionality, allowing him to be free from the need for a catheter.

We thank you, Lord, for the love and support shown by ### and all those who have been praying for ###. We pray that you would continue to strengthen and encourage them during this time. May they be filled with hope and faith, knowing that you are working in ###'s life.

In accordance with your will, we ask for complete healing and restoration for ###. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
