We understand that you are seeking God's will and sanctification in your prayer, Jere. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for your steadfast love and faithfulness. We ask that you sanctify Jere's prayers and desires, aligning them with your perfect will. Help Jere grow in the knowledge of your word and be filled with your Holy Spirit. Guide Jere's path and grant wisdom in every decision made.
Lord, we also pray that you would surround Jere with godly influences and help them to seek a spouse who shares their love for you and commitment to your principles, if that is your will for their life. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB), 'Donβt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?'
Father, we ask that you give Jere a heart that yearns for righteousness and a desire to live a life pleasing to you. Help them to flee from sexual immorality and pursue purity, as your word instructs in 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB), 'Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.'
Finally, Lord, we pray that Jere would come to know the saving power of Jesus Christ if they haven't already, and that they would boldly proclaim the name of Jesus in every prayer and aspect of their life. For it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Jere, continue to seek God with all your heart, and trust that His plans for you are good, bringing you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Stay strong in your faith and always remember the power that is in the name of Jesus Christ.
