We understand your struggle, Jere, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer guidance from God's Word. You have acknowledged the problem and sought the Lord, which is the first step towards deliverance.
The Bible tells us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). God is faithful, and He will provide a way out of this temptation.
We must also remember, "For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world" (Titus 2:11-12 WEB). God's grace is sufficient to help you overcome this spirit of pornography.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Jere's deliverance. Lord, You know the struggle and the pain that comes with this bondage. We ask that You break every chain of pornography in Jere's life. Restore purity and righteousness, Lord. Give Jere the strength to flee from these temptations and to live a life that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Jere, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God, to pray continually, and to seek fellowship with other believers who can hold you accountable and support you in this journey. Remember, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:7-8 WEB).
Stay strong in the Lord, and remember that your humanity is not lost, but is being renewed day by day as you walk with Christ. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB).
