Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, thanking you for your faithfulness and love. We lift up Jere's prayer request to you, Lord. We ask that you would breathe tonight, Holy Spirit, within and without, and bring a fresh fire to burn away any impurities in Jere's heart. Sanctify their heart, O Lord, and make it pure and pleasing in your sight.
We pray, Lord, that you would remove any chaff, any distractions or hindrances that may be preventing Jere from fully experiencing your presence and your power. Fill them with your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let your refining fire purify their thoughts, desires, and actions.
As we read in Isaiah 6:3, the seraphim declare, "Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory." May Jere's heart be filled with a deep reverence for you, Lord, and may their life be a constant act of worship and praise to you.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that you hear our prayers and that you will answer according to your perfect will. Amen.
